AN ACT to amend Chapter 421 of the Private Acts of 1943; as amended and rewritten by Chapter 17 of the Private Acts of 2017; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to Rutherford County purchasing authority.
AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39; Title 49 and Chapter 367 of the Public Acts of 2023, relative to safety precautions taken in response to potential active shooter situations.
AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38, Chapter 6, relative to Tennessee bureau of investigation reports on the status of human trafficking.
AN ACT to make appropriations for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the state government for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2023, in the administration, operation, and maintenance of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of the various departments, institutions, offices, and agencies of the state; for certain state aid and obligations; for capital outlay, for the service of the public debt, for emergency and contingency; to repeal certain appropriations and any acts inconsistent herewith; to provide provisional continuing appropriations; and to establish certain provisions, limitations, and restrictions under which appropriations may be obligated and expended. This act makes appropriations for the purposes described above for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023.
A RESOLUTION to express strong support for completing the southern border wall and urge Congress to immediately take action to fund the construction necessary for completion.
