Relates to enacting the Come Home to Hunt Act, which provides for the purchase of a two-day hunting license for non-residents to hunt domestic game bird, migratory game bird, big game, and small game.

Enacts the "stop Anti-Semitism on college campuses act" to ensure no state aid is granted to any college or university that authorizes, facilitates, provides funding for, or otherwise supports any event promoting Anti-Semitism on campus; defines "Anti-Semitism".
Provides free hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses for residents who participated in the World Trade Center rescue, recovery, or cleanup and who suffered a permanent disability.
