Directs the New York state gaming commission to promulgate regulations to implement interactive poker in the state; authorizes up to ten licenses to operate interactive poker; defines terms; makes related provisions.
Directs the secretary of state to establish a Native nation consultation policy used by state agencies in instances where a proposal by such agency that would affect indigenous communities is under consideration.

Provides that impersonation of a disabled veteran vendor, by carrying or possessing a specialized vending license without authority or any form of insignia or by words or actions is a class A misdemeanor.
Provides free use of public campsites, parks and other public places of recreation in this state for members or citizens of state or federally recognized Native American nations.
Authorizes one percent of mobile sports tax revenue be used for problem gambling, one percent for youth sports and education funding, and one percent for youth team sports funding.
Provides that individuals requesting and obtaining a veteran notation on such individual's driver's license or non-driver identification card shall be advised that the department of veterans' services and local veterans' service agencies provide assistance to veterans regarding benefits under federal and state law.
Requires the reporting of certain accidents involving vehicles, including electric scooters and bicycles with electric assist; requires reports to include information indicating whether certain accidents involved electric scooters and bicycles with electric assist.
Relates to paratransit services; directs that an applicant for recertification submit correspondence from a licensed physician in lieu of an in-person assessment.
