Relates to waiving the $200 microscopy registration fee for basic life support first response agencies.

Provides that farmers shall receive an exemption from tolls when transporting products to the city of New York for consumption in such city, subject to an appropriation for the 2027-28 state fiscal year.

Relates to expanding the geographical area of employment of university police officers; extends the jurisdiction of New York state university police officers from state university of New York property and abutting roadways to all areas of the state.

Enacts the Protecting Religious Assembly in States of Emergency (PRAISE) Act; prohibits any governmental entity from discriminating against and closing a place of worship during an emergency.

Establishes a hyperbaric oxygen therapy pilot program to treat veterans suffering from traumatic brain injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Establishes a rural remote recruitment program to provide monetary incentives for remote workers to relocate into rural areas of New York that opt into the program; provides an application process; provides for funding; requires on an annual basis a program report specifying the number of applicants to the program, the number of applicants approved, the names of participants, information as to benefits and the total increase in rural population.

Establishes the rural equity assistance program to promote and facilitate community and economic development in the small towns and rural areas of the state.

Relates to payments of grants to farm operations by NYSERDA; provides that payment of such grants shall be made no later than ninety days after notification.

Provides an optional tax exemption for property operating as a child day care that localities can opt into through local law.

Exempts the burning of wood for recreation, building heating and cooking from certain greenhouse gas emissions reduction requirements.
