Establishes that any person who knowingly engages in a repeated course of cyberbullying of a minor is guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by a period of imprisonment not to exceed one year, or both.
Provides that a judge of a city court outside the city of New York may only serve until the last day of December next after such person shall be seventy-six years of age; makes exceptions for judges already elected or appointed to office.
Requires the board of elections to check all registered voter's citizenship and lawful permanent resident status; requires all voters to show government issued identification to vote.
Prohibits street takeovers and sideshows; imposes imprisonment of not more than six months, a fine of one thousand dollars, or both such fine and imprisonment for a violation of such prohibition.
Requires proof of installation, maintenance and regular use of ignition interlock devices when use of such a device is ordered by a court; extends the period of suspension and revocation of a license until such proof is provided.
Establishes the historic preservation tax credit transfer program to provide flexibility and incentives for businesses which rehabilitate historic properties to further promote the development of affordable housing.
Requires electrocardiograms be provided by school health services to screen for heart conditions; requires electrocardiograms be conducted on students to screen for heart conditions in order to attend school.
