Relates to establishing the COVID-19 children scholarship; provides that children whose parent, primary caretaker or sibling died or was disabled as a result of contracting COVID-19 shall be eligible for such scholarship.
Establishes the sickle cell disease education and mapping program to promote the screening and detection of sickle cell disease, educate the public regarding sickle cell disease, provide counseling and referral services and map locations of occurrence of sickle cell disease.

Establishes a jobs and housing pilot program to create jobs in the construction industry and address the housing crisis by developing or redeveloping housing that is affordable to individuals earning up to one hundred thirty percent of the area median income, adjusted for family size; makes an appropriation therefor.
Excludes squatters from tenant protections; extends the time period for tenancy rights from 30 days to 60 days of possession; adds squatting to the definition of criminal trespass in the third degree; clarifies lease provisions.
Requires the display of certain labels and warnings on gas stoves sold, displayed for sale, or offered for sale at retail to a consumer in this state; authorizes the department of state to adopt regulations regarding the placement and format of such labels; provides for penalties; authorizes the attorney general to enforce such provisions.
