"Energy Security and Affordability Act"; requires BPU to consider energy security, diversity, and affordability when preparing Energy Master Plan and perform economic and ratepayer impact analysis of energy generation projects and Energy Master Plan.
Provides free tuition at public institutions of higher education for surviving spouses and dependent children of military personnel killed in performance of duties.
Permits U.S. citizens who are full time college students to be district board members in county of college even if student is not a resident of county or State.
