A BILL for an Act to authorize the department of corrections and rehabilitation to convey real property owned by the state of North Dakota; to authorize the department of corrections and rehabilitation to acquire certain real property in Burleigh or Morton Counties; and to provide a continuing appropriation.
The use of restrooms, locker rooms, and shower rooms in a dormitory or living facility controlled by the state board of higher education, a correctional facility, the North Dakota youth correctional center, and the penitentiary exclusively for males and females.
