Requires that notice be given to the community boards when there is a change in service furnished upon the rapid transit facilities or the omnibus line facilities of the New York city transit authority.
Requires the triborough bridge authority to establish a cashless tolling amnesty program; requires the metropolitan transportation authority to post their fee waiver policy on their website.
Exempts from the tax on retail sales the portion of a receipt from the purchase of a motor vehicle which is reduced due to a customer rebate or customer discount provided by a manufacturer to the purchaser, that is applied against the amount due under the sales agreement.
Relates to the retention of state records; repeals provisions relating to rules and regulations governing access to state legislative records; repeals provisions relating to executive records; repeals provisions relating to information confidentially disclosed by applicants.
