Provides an additional monthly public assistance allowance of $15 for menstrual products, including but not limited to, tampons, sanitary napkins, cups and panty liners.
Requires the commissioner of housing and community renewal, or the appropriate supervising agency, to review contracts for $50,000 or more entered into by a limited-profit housing company.
Provides for priority for applications and expedited determination of claims for a human trafficking victim who wishes to remove permanent marks that were part of the trafficking of such victim, including but not limited to, tattoos, markings, brandings, or other symbols or insignia.
Relates to the practice of acupuncture and the exemption that a person who does not otherwise possess the credentials or qualifications required for the practice of acupuncture may engage in the practice of auriculotherapy or "ear acupuncture" subject to certain restrictions.

Enacts the solar for schools act which provides grants for eligible school districts to purchase and install solar and geothermal power sources; defines terms; directs the New York state energy and research development authority to establish such grant program; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof; makes an appropriation therefor.
