Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg Congressional Gold Medal ActThis bill provides for the award of a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
This bill authorizes the Department of State to waive the requirement for U.S. citizens to repay the costs of evacuation from foreign countries when their lives are endangered by war or acts of terrorism.
To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to provide for the authority to reimburse local governments or electric cooperatives for interest expenses, and for other purposes.
