Requires the office of mental health to identify information and training programs relating to the diagnosis and treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder for military veterans; requires the office of mental health to publish on their website information and links to the identified relevant training programs.
Requires health insurance policies and medicaid to cover biomarker precision medical testing for diagnosis, treatment, or appropriate management of, or ongoing monitoring to guide treatment decisions for, a covered person's disease or condition when the test has recognized efficacy and appropriateness for such purposes.
Relates to establishing an urban deer management pilot program; authorizes the department of environmental conservation, after a review of the site-specific deer management plan, and upon a finding that deer have become a nuisance, destructive to public or private property or a threat to public health or welfare, to issue a deer cull permit.
