Requires every school district to conduct a transition feasibility analysis within the next succeeding school year as of the effective date of this act, and every five years thereafter, to determine the feasibility of using zero-emission school buses on current routes.
Limits the number of certificates of registration that may be issued by the commissioner of motor vehicles to five total; provides that certificates issued prior to 1/1/25 shall not be eligible for renewal.
Extends the authorization granted to the county of Montgomery to impose an additional one percent sales and compensating use taxes to November 30, 2027.
