Insurance: health insurers; coverage for dispensing a 90-day refill for maintenance prescription drug; require of health insurers. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 - 500.8302) by adding sec. 3406z.
Health occupations: pharmacists; pharmacists to order and administer vaccines under certain circumstances; allow. Amends secs. 9204 & 17707 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.9204 & 333.17707) & adds sec. 17724.
Juveniles: other; presumption of admissibility for a juvenile's self-incriminating responses obtained through deceptive police practices; modify. Amends sec. 1, ch. XIIA of 1939 PA 288 (MCL 712A.1) & adds sec. 17e to ch. XIIA.
Labor: arbitration; compulsory arbitration for local police and firefighters; include corrections officers. Amends sec. 2 of 1969 PA 312 (MCL 423.232).
