Establishes new targets for offshore wind electricity generation; includes the requirements that there is at least 15 gigawatts of offshore wind electricity generation by 2040, at least 18 gigawatts of offshore wind electricity generation by 2045 and at least 20 gigawatts of offshore wind electricity generation by 2050.
Provides additional protections for sensitive health information and requires all health information networks, electronic health record systems, and health care providers to provide patients with a right to restrict the disclosures of such patient's health information; defines terms; provides for exceptions.
Amends procedures required for the custodial interrogation of children to provide additional protections and for taking juveniles and sixteen and seventeen year olds into custody.
Ensures that boards of elections provide adequate notice to each voter before and after a board cancels the voter's registration or places such voter in inactive status.
Mandates the use of intelligent speed assistance systems in certain motor vehicles registered in the state which were manufactured or assembled on or after January 1, 2030.
Directs the metropolitan transportation authority to establish a student fare program for trains and buses which discounts three train and/or bus fares each weekday equal to the standard pay-per-ride fare.
Promotes consumer choice by requiring manufacturers of digital electronic equipment to provide retail sellers with a one through ten repair score that will be displayed to consumers at point of sale.
Permits voting at any polling place within the same county or, within the city of New York, polling place within the city of New York as a voter is registered.
