Establishes that the elective and/or independent administration of propofol and all FDA classified general anesthetics, for any surgery or procedure is not within the "scope of practice" of nurse practitioners as defined in ยง 5-34-3.
Provides an option for members to receive retirement allowances, without reduction, upon reaching twenty-five (25) years of total service or after twenty (20) years of service upon reaching age fifty-seven (57).

JOINT RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $2,000,000 TO THE RI FOUNDATION TO SUPPORT VOCA GRANT RECIPIENT ORGANIZATIONS IN RHODE ISLAND (This resolution would authorize the appropriation of the sum of $2,000,000 to the Rhode Island Foundation to distribute as grants to the Rhode Island nonprofit organization recipients of federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding.)
JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A BI-PARTISAN PREPARATORY COMMISSION TO ASSEMBLE INFORMATION ON CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTIONS IN PREPARATION FOR A VOTE BY THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS ON THE HOLDING OF A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV SECTION 2 OF THE RHODE ISLAND CONSTITUTION (This resolution would provide for a twelve (12) member bi-partisan commission to assemble information on constitutional questions in preparation for a vote by electors on holding a constitutional convention, and who would report back by September 1, 2024.)
JOINT RESOLUTION TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING QUESTION TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE STATE AT THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION IN 2024: "SHALL THERE BE A CONVENTION TO AMEND OR REVISE THE CONSTITUTION?" (This resolution would provide for the presentation of the following question at the next general election "Shall there be a convention to amend or revise the Constitution?")
Redefines misdemeanors for expungement purposes and make prior felonies, subsequently reclassified as misdemeanors, eligible for expungement pursuant to sections 12-1.3-2 and 12-1.3-3.
