Allows members of a public body who cannot physically attend a meeting due to a disability to be counted as present for quorum purposes at meetings attended remotely.
Prohibits hospitals and health care providers from storing credit card information without signed written consent and requires disclosure if such information could be used to pay balances.
Requires health insurance coverage for mammography by either mammogram and breast ultrasound or breast tomosynthesis for persons with heterogeneously dense or extremely dense breasts.
Requires health insurers to provide coverage for procedures relating to the diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids and related conditions, including pain, discomfort and infertility resulting therefrom.
Requires genetic testing results only be received by patients and health care providers providing direct care while health insurance companies only receive a record that the genetic testing was performed; provides insurers cannot require access to genetic testing results and cannot take adverse action against someone for not providing genetic testing results.
Directs the commissioner of DMV to establish a sex trafficking awareness and prevention program to provide education and awareness literature and educational materials to all drivers with a commercial motor vehicle license.
Requires the department of social services to issue EMV-compliant or similar electronic benefit transfer cards and process all electronic benefit transfer system transactions using dynamic data authentication.
Establishes a culturally responsive education curriculum and standards; requires all school districts, charter schools and private schools to integrate culturally responsive education throughout the education of all students at all grade levels; establishes a pilot program in culturally responsive education; appropriates $25,000,000 therefor.
Authorizes variable message signs placed within the right of way of highways to display certain voting related communications; provides that no such communications shall be displayed if advised by the United States Department of Transportation or any of its agencies that the display of such information will interfere with federal law or regulation or result in the reduction of federal aid highway funds.
Includes filing certain building permit applications containing false statements regarding tenant occupancy in the offense of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree.
