Establishing the Social Worker Educational Enrollment and Training Pilot Program; and providing for authorization of internships, for award of internships and for funding of the Social Worker Educational Enrollment and Training Pilot Program.
In disaster emergency assistance, further providing for legislative purpose, for definitions and for construction, establishing the Individual Property Disaster Assistance Fund, renaming the Public Disaster Assistance Grant Program and providing for definitions relating to Public Facilities Disaster Assistance Grant Program; imposing duties on the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency; making interfund transfers; and making editorial changes.
Further providing for legislative intent, for definitions, for license required, for State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors, for powers and functions of board, for qualifications for license, for procedures for licensing, for exemption from licensure examination, for reciprocity, for endorsement of out-of-State licenses and for reinstatement of license; providing for restriction on use of title "licensed professional art therapist" and related titles; and further providing for penalties, for license renewal, records and fees and for unlawful practice.
Establishing the Keystone Fresh Program; providing for the Fresh Schools Grant Program, for the Keystone Producer Grant Program, for the Keystone Assistance Grant Program and for the administration of the Keystone Fresh Program by the Department of Education and the Department of Agriculture; and establishing the Keystone Fresh Fund.
Establishing an All Payor Claims Database; imposing duties on the Health Care Cost Containment Council; imposing penalties; and making an appropriation.
