Amending the title of the act; further providing for definitions; and providing for identification of assault weapons manufacturers, for required actions related to assault weapons manufacturers and for reporting relating to assault weapons manufacturers.
Further providing for definitions and for alternative energy portfolio standards; providing for solar photovoltaic technology requirements, for community solar program standards and for contracts for solar photovoltaic technologies by Commonwealth agencies; further providing for portfolio requirements in other states; and making a repeal.
Further providing for findings and declaration of policy, for right to freedom from discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation, for definitions and for unlawful discriminatory practices.
