Creates a shellfish hatchery program established by the department of environmental management to foster sustainable development and resiliency of the state's shellfish industry.

SENATE RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE AND AMENDING THE LANGUAGE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY RENEWABLE ENERGY PROGRAMS (This resolution would delete the language “by August 31, 2024,” on page 3, line 1, and extend the reporting date of the commission to study renewable energy programs from February 14, 2025, to May 30, 2025, and would expire on June 30, 2025.)
