RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not 1
otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2023-2024, the sum of two hundred and twelve 2
thousand five hundred dollars ($212,500) for Justice Assistance Habitat for Justice to provide 3
funding for the position of psychiatric--mental health nurse and the position of victim centered 4
licensed clinical social worker. 5
