A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Puya Joseph 1
Nili may join Jacqueline Azniv Kazarian and Chad Erik Austino in marriage within the City of 2
Providence, on or about October 8, 2023. Puya Joseph Nili is hereby authorized and empowered to 3
join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of 4
the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
