RELATING TO PUBLIC PROPERTY AND WORKS -- ACQUISITION OF LAND --
CRANSTON

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 37-6 of the General Laws entitled "Acquisition of Land" is hereby 1
amended by adding thereto the following section: 2
37-6-31. Sale of land to the city of Cranston. 3
Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, including the provisions 4
contained in this chapter, the state properties committee shall sell, transfer and convey all of its 5
right, title and interests in and to the property located at 735 New London Avenue (RT2), Cranston, 6
Rhode Island to the city of Cranston, Rhode Island for consideration in the amount of one dollar 7
and 00/100 ($1.00). 8
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 9

transfer and convey all of its right, title and interests in and to the property located at 735 New 2
London Avenue (RT2), Cranston, Rhode Island to the city of Cranston, Rhode Island for 3
consideration in the amount of one dollar and 00/100 ($1.00). 4
This act would take effect upon passage. 5
