RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert 1
Louis DiMuccio may join Paula Marie Fortin and Cosimo Anthony D'Elia III, in marriage within 2
the Town of Smithfield, on or about July 1, 2023. Robert Louis DiMuccio is hereby authorized and 3
empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 4
3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
