RELATING TO LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS -- PAYMENT OF WAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 28-14 of the General Laws entitled "Payment of Wages" is hereby 1
amended by adding thereto the following section: 2
28-14-32. List of salary ranges. 3
Employers in Rhode Island with thirty (30) or more employees shall be required to list 4
competitive salary ranges on their job postings on the company's hiring page or third-party websites 5
such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed or other job boards. 6
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 7
