EXTENDING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE P ASSING OF MICHAEL J. SEPE

WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this Senate has learned of the sudden and tragic 1
passing of Michael Sepe, the loving father of Adrianna and Michael Sepe; and 2
WHEREAS, Known by all as “Mike”, Mr. Sepe was born in the City of Providence, a 3
son of Michael and Catherine Sepe, and the beloved brother of Adam Sepe and his wife, Marisa, 4
and Natasha Sepe and her wife, Megan; and 5
WHEREAS, In addition to his parents, siblings, and children, Mr. Sepe was a beloved 6
nephew, and a cherished uncle to Adam Sepe, Jr., Brielle Sepe, Alexander Sepe and Genevieve 7
Sepe; and 8
WHEREAS, A talented and hard-working man, Mr. Sepe was the President of Sole 9
Source Construction, and the Vice President of Northeastern Tree Service; and 10
WHEREAS, Mike Sepe was an amazing and charismatic person who during difficult 11
times was always quick with a kind word, a job offer, or a few dollars to help family and friends 12
or those down on their luck; and 13
WHEREAS, Described by his many friends as “the most generous person I have ever 14
known”, a truly good person, and a wonderful friend who had “a big smile” an “infectious 15
personality”, and as a kind and caring man with a big heart, who was “2nd to no one”; and 16
WHEREAS, To Mike Sepe, nothing was more important than family and loyalty. He 17
was a “genuine guy” who brightened any room he entered and whose life and memories of good 18
times shared with him will be cherished and never forgotten; now, therefore be it 19
RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island hereby expresses its deepest 20

and heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Michael J. Sepe; and be it further 1
RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to 2
transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to Michael S. Sepe, Catherine Sepe, Adrianna 3
Sepe, and Michael L. Sepe. 4
