HOUSE RESOLUTION CELEBRATING AND THANKING THOMAS DAMBO FOR BRINGING HIS ARTISTIC TALENTS AND WORLD-RENOWNED GIANT TROLLS FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL RHODE ISLANDERS
Establishes that the elective and/or independent administration of propofol and all FDA classified general anesthetics, for any surgery or procedure is not within the "scope of practice" of nurse practitioners as defined in § 5-34-3.
Provides that the real estate appraisal from the city or town shall be taken into consideration when determining each property owner’s share of costs to maintain and/or repair an easement or right-of-way.
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF GLOCESTER TO FINANCE THE RENOVATION AND/OR EXPANSION AT THE EXISTING GLOCESTER POLICE STATION AND INCIDENTAL FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT AND TO ISSUE NOT MORE THAN $10,700,000 BONDS AND NOTES THEREFOR
Requires DCYF to establish segregated savings account for foster care child receiving SS, SSI, veterans benefits or railroad retirement benefits to manage the accounts and keep child eligible for future benefits.
Establishes a universal, comprehensive, affordable single-payer health care insurance program and helps control health care costs, which would be referred to as, "the Rhode Island Comprehensive Health Insurance Program" (RICHIP).
Provides an option for members to receive retirement allowances, without reduction, upon reaching twenty-five (25) years of total service or after twenty (20) years of service upon reaching age fifty-seven (57).
Makes various amendments to the authorization of gaming credits and the regulatory agreement involving Bally's corporation and affiliates to increase Rhode Island's competitiveness in the gaming industry.
