Requires school committees to provide transportation for any student who resides two (2) or more miles from school.

Establishes the "Attendance for Success Act" that mandates requirements for attendance policies, and provides for multiple plans, reporting requirements and supports to address student absenteeism from school.
Requires transition planning for high school students with disabilities, who have a "504" plan, like the transition planning required for high school students with disabilities, who have an individualized education program (IEP).
