A bill TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY REPEALING SECTION 56-1-250 RELATING TO CANCELLATION OF drivers' LICENSEs OR PERMITs of minors UPON DEATH OF PERSONs SIGNING the MINOR'S APPLICATION for licenses or permits. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina: SECTION 1. Section 56-1-250 of the S.C. Code is repealed. SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. ----XX----
