Fiscal Impact Summary
This bill renames the South Carolina Children’s Advocacy Medical Response System Act to the
South Carolina Child Abuse and Neglect Network and makes conforming name changes. The
program is administered by the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
This bill will have no expenditure impact for MUSC as it does not alter the administrative
responsibilities of MUSC for this program.
