Fiscal Impact Summary
This bill modifies the process by which the Workers’ Compensation Commission (WCC)
establishes and reviews the medical fee schedule process to promote access and delivery of
medical care for injured workers.
This bill will have no expenditure impact for WCC as the agency currently sets the medical fee
schedule. WCC indicates this bill does not alter the agency’s responsibilities.
