Section 40. The state treasurer shall transfer to the IT Modernization Fund the sum of five 13
million dollars ($5,000,000) from the state general fund. 14
Section 41. The state treasurer shall transfer to the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund the 15
sum of twenty-two million eight hundred and thirty thousand nine hundred and thirty -six 16
dollars ($22,830,936) from the state general fund. 17
Section 23. Funds appropriated by this Act which are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2025 18
may be carried over to fiscal year 2026. 19
Section 24. This Act is effective beginning June 30, 2025. 20
