BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
Section 1. That ยง 46A-4-27 be AMENDED: 3
46A-4-27. Each director shall be must be an elector of the division which that the 4
director represents; or the director shall be must be an elector of the district, if elected at 5
large. Each director shall reside within the district or within fifteen twenty-five miles of the 6
district boundary, as provided by the district bylaws. 7
