An Act to create a share the road bicyclist safety emblem for use on an emblem 1

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 3
Section 1. That § 32-5-167 be AMENDED: 4
32-5-167. Any owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an emblem specialty plate 5
if the owner meets the requirements of §§ 32-5-168 to 32-5-178. The available emblem 6
specialty plates plate emblems are as follows: 7
(1) Organization; 8
(2) First responder; or 9
(3) Organ donor; and 10
(4) Share the road bicyclist safety. 11
