An Act to authorize the cooperation of counties for purposes of operating an office 1

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 3
Section 1. That ยง 10-3-1 be AMENDED: 4
10-3-1. The office of county director of equalization is hereby established in each 5
organized county of this state. Counties may enter into an agreement pursuant to Chapter 6
1-24 with another county or counties to perform the services of the county director of 7
equalization. 8
