BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 13-13: 3
A school district may not pay an individual employed as an administrator, as 4
defined in § 13-42-1, an amount that exceeds three times the average teacher salary of 5
the school district, as calculated pursuant to § 13-13-73.6. 6
