SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the Department of Transportation to submit a report on
the status of projects funded under the High Priority Bridge Replacement program to the chairs of
the Senate Transportation and Safety Committee and the House Transportation Committee by
January 1, 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumption:
• The department can compile and submit the required report utilizing existing personnel and
resources, without a significant increase in state expenditures.
