Requires TACIR to report its findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the chairs of certain legislative committees and to provide a copy of the report to the Legislative Librarian. FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • According to TACIR, the study may be performed utilizing existing staff and resources; therefore, any increase in state expenditures is estimated to be not significant.
