FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumptions: • Requiring certain healthcare providers and entities to report to health insurance entities upon the occurrence of a cyber-attack will not have a significant impact on the operations of state or local government. • Any fiscal impact is estimated to be not significant. IMPACT TO COMMERCE: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • Any impact to commerce or jobs in Tennessee will not be significant.
