FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumptions: • Pharmacy services administrative organizations are private collective bargaining groups made up of independent pharmacies. • Requiring such organizations to destroy shared information upon request will not impact the operations of the Department of Health, the Division of TennCare, or the Division of Benefits Administration. • Any fiscal impact to state or local government is estimated to be not significant. IMPACT TO COMMERCE: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • Any impact to commerce or jobs in Tennessee as a result of the proposed legislation is estimated to be not significant.
