SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the State Capitol Commission (Commission) to submit an
annual report to the Speakers of the Senate and House of Representatives regarding any gifts, grants,
or other donations made towards the Monument of Unborn Children by January 1 of each year until
the monument is complete.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumption:
• The Commission can submit an annual report to the Speakers of the Senate and House of
Representatives using existing resources and personnel; therefore, without a significant
increase in state expenditures.
