FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumptions: • It is assumed that licensed firearm dealers will comply with the requirement of this legislation. Any impacts to the dealers for such compliance will be borne by those dealers. • The proposed legislation is not estimated to significantly impact firearm sales in this state.
