SUMMARY OF BILL:    Increases, from two weeks to three weeks, the time period prior to 
an initial on-site audit that the auditing entity must provide written notice to the pharmacist or 
pharmacy that is the subject of such audit. Takes effect January 1, 2026. 
 
 
FISCAL IMPACT: 
NOT SIGNIFICANT

• The proposed legislation will not have a significant impact on the operations of the 
Department of Health, the Division of TennCare, or the Division of Benefits 
Administration. 
• Any fiscal impact to state or local government is estimated to be not significant.
