SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the Tennessee Advisory Commission on
Intergovernmental Relations (TACIR) to study and prepare a report on recommendations on the
continuum of care in this state. Requires TACIR to conduct the study from existing resources and to
report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and the Legislative Librarian by
January 1, 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumption:
• According to TACIR, the study may be performed utilizing existing staff and resources;
therefore, any increase in state expenditures is estimated to be not significant.
