Code Ann. § 40-35-325(c), an arrest and subsequent conviction for which such enhancement factors would apply must be reported to the DOS. • Based on information provided by the DOS, it is assumed the department can compile and submit the annual report within existing resources. • Any fiscal impact to state or local government is therefore estimated to be not significant.
