FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • The removal of the requirement for a joint resolution does not obligate a Medicaid expansion and therefore has no direct impact to any TennCare, General Assembly, or Governor’s Office programs, policies, expenditures, or revenue. IMPACT TO COMMERCE: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • The proposed legislation will not significantly impact commerce or jobs in this state.
