FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumptions: • Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-504(a)(22), survey records, responses, data, identifying information, intra-agency and interagency communications, and other records received to serve as input for any survey created, obtained, or compiled by the COT are confidential and not open for public inspection. • Authorizing the COT to publish aggregate survey data and survey responses will not result in any significant fiscal impact to state government.
