FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumptions: • The proposed legislation applies to all residential education programs, which includes public schools, private schools, and postsecondary institutions. • It is assumed that any residential educational program in this state that allows minors to participate or access residential facilities will be able to segregate all restrooms, changing areas, and showers by sex, without requiring any major capital improvements or renovations of existing facilities.
