SUMMARY OF BILL: Makes various changes relative to the administration of trusts.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumptions:
• Any impacts resulting from the proposed changes to trusts and their administration will be
borne by private parties.
• Any additional workload to the courts can be accommodated with existing resources and
personnel.
• Any fiscal impact to state or local government is estimated to be not significant.
IMPACT TO COMMERCE:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
