SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the Attorney General and Reporter (AG) to annually
report, by March 1, specific information to the Speaker of the Senate and the Speaker of the House
of Representatives related to prohibited medical procedures for minors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumptions:
• The AG can submit the required report utilizing existing resources, without a significant
increase in state expenditures.
• The proposed legislation will not significantly impact state or local government operations.
Any fiscal impact will be not significant.
